Promotion from Newly registered user to Registered user

Registered user is an official member who can normally use all services of the forum, and Newly registered user refers to a newly joined member, and a Newly registered user has restrictions on using the forum. Newly registered users can only post in forums where posting is allowed. The forums, where posting is currently allowed to Newly registered users, are all of the sub-forums of General Adult Forum.
A Newly registered user automatically becomes a Registered user after making a post that includes a new topic or a reply.
